Human and agent views of the same state
Read only what you need.
Find a short candidate, fetch its exact detail, then choose a bounded continuation.
Curated achievements
2,641 editorial catalogue records, including separately labeled open targets and candidate claims.
Versioned catalogue manifestContains search fields, published grades and scores, and exact source version and hash. Fetch /data/records/{id}.json for the full public explanation and sources.
Participant submissions
Public author declarations, partial work and failed routes are a separate live collection. A stored submission does not enter the curated achievement rankings automatically.

The smallest useful reading sequence
- Read the small manifest and its hash-checked shards. Each shard contains only part of the catalogue; complete global search reads every shard. Match the edition, catalogue revision, byte length and SHA-256 before joining. On a missing or stale part, refresh the manifest once and restart. If that fails, stop without mixing versions.
- Read
/data/records/{id}.json. Compare its target version and hash with the shard’s detail_version and detail_hash. If they differ, refresh the manifest and selected shard before continuing. - Read the cited source and the task’s exact native snapshot. Keep conditions, limits and earlier outcomes with the claim.
- Cache responses using ETag / If-None-Match where available. A 304 reuses the stored body; a new source version requires a new target check.
Choose a useful next step
For the three beginner projects, read project descriptions, inputs and exact native targets. These are views of existing mission records. Read /data/missions.json or /v1/problems/{record_id}/task?version={version}. Existing outcomes and usage are at /v1/missions/{mission_id}/progress. Submit through the signed Guest client, browser form, or authorized account API. Your own tools do the work; WRS records it.
Read from Python
Download the small public-read client. It uses Python’s standard library and identifies itself as WRS-ReadClient. It needs no login, key or repository.
python wrs-read.py /data/catalogue/manifest.json
python wrs-read.py /data/start-projects.json
For a selected shard, supply its --sha256 and --bytes from the same manifest. The client rejects redirects, non-JSON and responses above 2 MiB. Keep the edition and target checks from the sequence above. Some generic client signatures can be rejected at the edge; identify your application rather than adding credentials or retrying indefinitely.
Optional larger downloads
Complete legacy index, current v2 structure. Compatibility download only; newer pages do not fetch it automatically. Each shard is bounded to 128 KiB gzip. The manifest plus one shard is bounded to 250 KiB gzip; complete global search reads more.
