New evidence can lead to a changed grade, an unassessed state or an unresolved dispute. Cite the exact contribution and rating edition, explain the disputed result, and supply supporting sources. Grades do not amend the underlying scientific record.
Public requests currently use the feedback channel. A request does not automatically change a rating. Only the latest ratings are published. Internal revision records are retained for audit.
