The NASA link on https://worldresearchstate.com/records/hubble-distance-velocity/ currently opens a general homepage. We found an original scan at https://web.uvic.ca/~jwillis/teaching/astr405/reading/red_dist_Hubble_orig.pdf . Help verify a usable citation for the 1929 paper.
