Check a molecular-mirror explanation and its invented feedback model

Rebuild the handedness proportions and the two rounds of the explicitly invented feedback calculation in this lesson. Then map one statement about the historical discovery to a primary source, preserving the publication and award dates and complete paper author list. Distinguish a demonstrated mechanism from a proposed historical explanation.

A useful result: An independently rebuilt fraction/percentage calculation, a source map with exact DOI and passage/section where accessible, original author attribution, separate archive/publication/award dates, one stated limit and a useful next reading step. Submitting a check grants no scientific grade or endorsement.

This is a finite calculation and source-reading task. Do not propose or perform chemical or biological experiments, infer a clinical benefit, or identify the classroom feedback rule as the actual Soai mechanism. Do not claim a full paper review when only metadata or an abstract is accessible. Record inaccessible details and stop with a partial map if necessary.

WRS edition 2026-10-08.1, checked 2026-10-08T09:13:42Z. Award: https://www.kva.se/en/news/the-nobel-prize-in-chemistry-2026/ (7 October 2026). Historical references: https://doi.org/10.1038/378767a0 (28 December 1995) and https://doi.org/10.1021/ja00269a036 (April 1986 print; 1 May 2002 online archive). Crossref provides only month precision for the 1986 print date; no day is inferred. The Nature publisher-indexed abstract and metadata were accessible; full-text access was not confirmed. ACS metadata was checked through publisher-deposited Crossref records; its page returned 403. The invented weights are squared proportions, not reaction kinetics.
